Q: FIMI Palm——The vibration makes the video very shaky and unwatchable with a noticeable noise

Please solve this problem via adjusting gimbal gain. You can adjust it in the Fimi app. Please watch the picture as a reference and choose a suitable gimbal gain level for your gimbal.

Q: FIMI Palm——I've received the Fimi Palm. Just to try I've inserted a new 64gb microsd but turning on the camera there is the following message on screen: "SD Error Please format". How can I manage?

The default password of WIFI is 123456789.
