Pergear.com Returns & Refund Policy

Items shipped from Pergear.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Only items that have been purchased directly from Pergear.com can be returned to Pergear store. If you have purchased an item from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.

New products purchased from Pergear.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Pergear.com may test items that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.

All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Guidelines for charging restocking fees

In some circumstances, we charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item.
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return. (Item price does not include shipping costs.)
We calculate the restocking fee when you process the return request.

Return request Restocking fee
The buyer changes their mind(Accidental order/Better price available/No longer needed/wanted) about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No. 
The buyer receives a damaged or defective item. No. 
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered. No.


Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact our Customer Service or visit our Online Returns Center and we will guide you through the process. 

Pergear One-Year Limited Warranty Policy

All warranties begin from the date the product is purchased. If a product and accessories develop a fault during the warranty and the fault are due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse then Pergear will repair, replace or refund your product at its own discretion. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is provided with pictures and videos. Shipping charges may apply, depending on the location. Pergear does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. To fix such issue will be charged extra service fee. Pergear assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. You should afford the shipping fee of returning the product to us, and we offer free shipping of your replacement or exchange product.
