2021 is a very tough year for many people. Many industries have been shocked because of the pandemic, but many new and good camera lenses are still making their way onto the market. Now, we put together a quick summary of some big camera rumors and what we expect soon.
TTartisan Rumors
At the end of this year, TTArtisan has introduced its two lenses, including 23mm f/5.6 and 28mm f5.6. These two lenses are made with high-quality material and look nice. It is so smooth and lightweight when holding them in your hands. They are suitable for portrait and street photography. When it comes to ttartisans 28mm f5.6, it offers a great depth of field and easy capture for hyperfocal distance. TTartisan 23mm f/5.6 can help to create an out of -focus blur effect. These two lenses have been launched to the market, so we expect to see these great lenses in 2022.
Another rumor is TTArtisan 40mm f/2.8 APS-C macro lens, which has been released. This macro lens interests many photographers and inspires them to take much more insects and tiny things. This lens is suitable for Fuji, Sony, Nikon, and M43. TTartisan 40mm is equipped with a manual focus design and an 11-blade diaphragm, which benefit smooth bokeh and create some great images. With its 8 elements in 7 groups for its optical design, it can keep the image quality and sharpness all the time. Thankfully, this lens can offer a 1:1 life-size maximum magnification along with a 6.7" minimum focusing distance.
TTartisan light meter: Surprisingly, TTaritisan released a light meter. This device is The TTArtisan meter. It is a small, lightweight accessory meter with 2 dials to adjust ISO, aperture, and shutter speed. It weighs only 35g; it serves people who use older Leica and similar rangefinder cameras. It has two dials: one for ISO and aperture and another for shutter speed. It is also equipped with a LED indicator, which informs the users when the correct measurements have been achieved.
7Artisans Rumors
On November 24, 7Artisans announced three new cinema lenses (7Artisans 25mm T1.05, 7Artisans 35mm T1.05, and 7Artisans 50mm T1.05). Viltrox Rumors
On November 5, Viltrox AF 85mm f/1.8 RF II has already said that his first full-frame autofocus mirrorless lens for Canon RF-Mount will be released. This lens is well-welcomed by many photographers. The lens is the second generation of the portrait-length fixed lens, specially designed for Canon RF-mount. With an extra-low dispersion element, one aspherical element, and four highly transparent glasses, the Viltrox AF 85mm f/1.8 RF II can help to reduce some chromatic and spherical aberrations to get a good image with high clarity and sharpness. Thanks to its HD Nano multi-layer coating, it can suppress flare and ghosting and improve contrast when shooting in strong lighting conditions. The lens features an STM motor for quick, quiet autofocus performance along with a minimum focusing distance of 2.6' for working with close-up subjects.
Viltrox 50mmF1.8 FE is another excellent lens. This lens feels smooth and comfortable. This 50mm f/1.8 Lens from VILTROX is a normal-length prime lens designed for full-frame format Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras. The standard versatile field of view is suitable for a broad range of subjects, from portraiture to reportage, and the fast f/1.8 design excels in low-light conditions and for shallow depth of field applications. The optical design incorporates one extra-low dispersion, two high transparent, and two aspheric elements to suppress various aberrations and distortion. An HD Nano multi-layer coating has also been applied to reduce flare and ghosting for more excellent contrast in bright and backlit conditions. Bright f/1.8 maximum aperture suits working in low-light conditions and affords greater control over the depth of field. One extra-low dispersion elements and two high transparency elements reduce color fringing and chromatic aberrations to achieve a high degree of clarity and color accuracy.
Two aspheric elements help to control spherical aberrations and reduce distortion to realize high sharpness and accurate rendering. HD Nano multi-layer coating has been applied to individual parts to suppress flare and ghosting for more excellent contrast and color fidelity when working in strong lighting conditions. STM stepping motor enables quick, quiet, and precise autofocus performance along with full-time manual focus override. The internal focusing design maintains the overall lens length for improved handling and faster response. Integrated manual aperture ring for tactile exposure control; this ring also features an 'A' position for automated, camera-based aperture selection. They integrated a micro-USB port for firmware updates.
